Supporting Our Neighbors When It Matters Most

Your Long Beach Neighbor. Your Real Estate Advocate.
For over 25 years, I’ve operated on a simple philosophy: real estate isn't about transactions; it's about building relationships that last a lifetime. Whether you are a family putting down roots, an investor building wealth, or an empty nester transitioning to your next adventure, you deserve an advocate who negotiates fiercely but cares genuinely.
My journey into real estate didn't start in a sales office,it started in healthcare. My time in the healthcare field taught me that listening is just as important as problem-solving. Caring for people, staying calm under pressure, and sweating the details are the foundations of my business today. As a native New Yorker who grew up in Woodside, Queens, I have always valued strong neighborhood roots. When I joined my husband of 32 years, Tommy, to help build and manage his successful Astoria real estate business, my healthcare skills and love for our local communities transitioned seamlessly. What began as a family business has blossomed into a lifelong career serving buyers and sellers across Queens, Nassau County, Long Beach, and beyond.
Why My Approach is Different:
The "Bedside Manner" of Real Estate: Clients consistently tell me I make a highly stressful process feel manageable. My approach is never one-size-fits-all; I listen first, strategize second, and keep you informed every step of the way.
An Investor’s Eye: I don't just sell real estate; I live it. As a homeowner, investor, and landlord, I know what it takes to evaluate a property’s true potential. I offer guidance grounded in real-world financial experience.
Deep Long Beach Roots: Twelve years ago, my family traded Greenwood Lake for my husband's hometown of Long Beach. I don't just sell houses here; I help build the community. From serving as a West School class parent and organizing PTA fundraisers, to leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop and coordinating our yearly volunteer projects at the local animal shelter and soup kitchen, giving back is in my DNA.
I know what makes a house in Long Beach feel like a home. It’s the local businesses, the neighbors, and the coastal lifestyle. When I’m not analyzing the market or negotiating for my clients, you can usually find me walking the Long Beach boardwalk with a good book and a Dunkin’ Cold Brew, or doing my absolute favorite thing, spending time with my husband and kids.
While Long Beach is my home base, my dedication to my clients knows no borders. I am never restricted by zip codes, whether you are buying in Queens, relocating Upstate, or searching anywhere across New York, I will go wherever your real estate journey takes you.
Success, to me, isn’t measured by the number of signs I put in front yards. It’s measured by the trust my clients place in me. I treat my clients like family, and it is the greatest reward when they become lifelong friends who return when they're ready for their next move or refer their own loved ones to me.
If you are ready for your next chapter, I’ll be in your corner every step of the way. Let’s grab a coffee, my treat, and talk about your goals.
